Since 1976, the primary focus of our nonprofit, private group health clinic has been on providing exemplary medical and behavioral health services. As a certified quality health center, our educated and experienced healthcare professionals address your every need.
What Makes Us Different
What makes our practice special is that our practitioners live in the communities we serve — our board is also made up of individuals who reside and work within each community. Our fees are consistent with locally prevailing rates. A sliding fee discount is available to all eligible patients. The sliding fee discount is based on income and family size. Stone Mountian Health Services also accepts assignment of benefits from Medicare, Medicaid, and other public and/or private assistance programs or health insurance. No patient will be denied service due to an inability to pay.
